  • A Message from the Principal

    Dear Webber Family,

Tiffany Brooks The faculty and I would like to welcome you to an exciting year at Webber Elementary. Our dedicated team has worked diligently to prepare to make this school year successful for all of our students.

There are two African Proverbs that are near and dear to my heart: "It Takes a Village to Raise a Child" and "If you want to walk fast; walk alone. If you want to walk far; walk together". The task of educating a child is a partnership between the school, students, parents/guardians and the community. Therefore, I ask that you consider subscribing to these proverbs.

Children are more successful when we work as a team to achieve educational goals. As a valued member of your child's education we need you be an active participant in our school community through volunteering, participating in our PTA meetings, attending school events, maintaining the lines of communication, and assisting your child with their school work.

During my twelve year tenure as an instructional leader, my belief statements have been the pillar of my leadership principals, they are as follows:

    My Belief Statements

    • All students can learn and I base my decisions solely on the premise.
    • Everyone has an essential role in our building.
    • A positive attitude is conducive to a positive learning environment that allows for positive student results.
    • Everyone's voice is important; therefore communication should be honest but respectful.
    • Instructional time is golden and should be time is golden and should be treated as such.

I look forward to a great school year as we work collaboratively to inspire the hearts and minds of every student to reach their fullest potential! I value and appreciate your time and involvement on this journey.

    Ms. Tiffany Brooks, Principal
